As you’re now coming to the end of a tenancy, the task at hand is for all the household to consider how best to return your home to the conditions as and when you all moved in.
ALL rooms,that includes Kitchens,bathrooms gardens( where available) and communal hallways. and will need to be cleared of belongings and ensure all surfaces to be cleaned and ready to receive new students .This is a lot of work and you should not underestimate the time that it will take. This is a shared responsibility and ever effort should be taken to ensure that all students participate fully and equally.

Now this may prove a challenge to some, especially those students (possible internationals) that may have already left the property and or those that may be considering doing so prior to the final date of your tenancy. Google is full of recommendations of professional cleaning companies (“End of tenancy cleaning”)all of which i am sure will want to guarantee and ensure that you get your deposit back.
